Cela voulait dire une augmentation du taux, \u00e0 la m\u00eame hauteur, pour tous les Plouganistes propri\u00e9taires de leurs logements.<\/p><p>La possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019augmenter le taux de la taxe d&rsquo;habitation, uniquement sur les r\u00e9sidences secondaires, sans toucher au taux de foncier b\u00e2ti, est une nouveaut\u00e9 de 2026. Mais elle reste cependant tr\u00e8s encadr\u00e9e par l\u2019\u00c9tat qui permettait une augmentation de 1,57\u00a0% pour atteindre la moyenne d\u00e9partementale, soit potentiellement un gain de 120 000 euros pour le budget 2027 de notre commune.<\/p><p>N\u2019ayant pas souhait\u00e9 m\u00e9contenter les r\u00e9sidences secondaires, l&rsquo;actuelle Majorit\u00e9 municipale se prive donc d\u2019une importante source de financement pour les futurs projets de la commune.
